ARGH

I hate these comments on Flickr. They’re little more than incredibly annoying spam and I’ve taken to deleting them, at the risk of offending contacts.

Fie, Flickr needs to let us block comments with images.

    I don’t mind groups that are actually about a particular subject/photography genre (e.g. live music, cars, etc.).

    What I HATE is “You have won the ancient and prized award of Anubis’ Eye. Include your picture in our group and…. blah blah blah”

    I don’t like them either, it clutters up the comments and they’re tacky as hell. I don’t see what’s wrong with a simple link.
