Day 139: Say something!

Day 139: Say something!

A blog is turning sour when the author starts spattering his posts with apologies for the lack of exciting content and new posts, but truth be told: We live and die on feedback. This whole site lives and dies on the feedback and interest of my readers. So far, aside from my very few regular commentators (Hey @picaaf! :) my posts are met with an echoing silence unless I fall short of your expectations. Then I get instant messages, emails and the occasional phone call about the lack of great shots.

Not fair.

If you like what you see and you want to see more of it, write a comment! Tell your friends! Show it off to your family and retweet, repost, email, smoke signal, pony express, shout, whisper, gossip about, mock or praise my links! Take the five seconds to bash off a quick “great photo!” This blog – this whole project – lives and dies on your whim. If you like it, support it!

Have your say on 'Day 139: Say something!'

here i go again and i agree.
i’ve asked similar questions and made similar remarks about looking into (photo)blogs several times on twitter. i do leave comments with other people’s blogs too, but that does not imply that people will look at my pictures
i’m very reluctant now to give any advice, cause doing so already cost me the loss(read unfollow and block) of some people on twitter, buti’ll chance it again(shoot me if you want)
i like to look at yours and i think i tried to explain to you that maybe you should regard yourself and your photos in a more positive way.
(maybe even the name could be changed into a more positive one by leaving out the ‘mis’)
like the darkness in this shot, by the way

Mark, I like it, I like most of your stuff, and will endeavor to pass comment more often.

I will never punish honesty. I will fairly say that I react badly to a whole great manu things, but I will always accept honesty when and where it arises.
